Ruby version 0.87.2 beta License (November 10, 2001)
by Warp Engine Software (www.WarpEngine.com)
=================================
This program was developed to aid in cataloging the file contents of CD-Rs as well as other storage media. It stores pertinent information in a database and thus the user can initiate searches for particular files on the database, rather than checking each Disc for the particular file. Although this program can catalog the files on hard drives, it is not recommended because the Windows Find feature will work much faster than this program. The programmer has tested the program with Windows 98SE/Me/2000, and in theory should work with all other Microsoft Windows 32 bit operating systems. If any problems are encountered, send an email message to code@WarpEngine.com.
Although the programmer(s) tested this program on several machines, neither the programmer(s) nor Warp Engine Software make any guarantee, either implied or explicit, on results from the use of the program. All responsibility, in regards to changes and alterations to the user's computer, will rest solely on the user. By agreeing to this License, the user will free the programmer(s) and Warp Engine Software from any liability resulting from the use of the program.
